Autumn is a magical time for weddings, especially when you choose to get married in a venue literally covered in colourful foliage! Fiona and Keith had the most amazing October day for their Cliff at Lyons wedding. The sun was beaming down all day. The morning was beautiful and relaxed, full of thoughtful details. This time of year truly is the best time for taking detail photos 🙂

Fiona and Keith had a very personal spiritual ceremony in the gorgeous setting of the Shackleton Mill, overlooking the waterfall. I always find it so amazing when the person marrying you knows your whole family and has seen you grow throughout the years! There’s something so special and heartwarming about tradition.

Cliff at Lyons is famous for its photo spots with the stunning chapel on the lake and an array of picturesque houses. But nothing beats the colourful autumnal ivy and the low October sun… One of the most elegant and beautiful weddings I’ve got to capture, Fiona and Keith really created magic on their big day.

Wonderful photographs! Bride and groom are looking very happy, the colours of October are magic. Photograph no. 8 (counting from back to front) is my favourite, and no. 17 (conting from the start). Well done everybody!
