Who says intimate weddings are quiet?
Definitely not Emma and Brian!
When I asked them what they were looking forward to the most about their wedding day, they said it was seeing their nearest and dearest after not having the whole family together for over 18 months. And what if not the pandemic drives home what and who really matter?
Emma and Brian created such a heartfelt and upbeat celebration with their closest friends and family that it quickly turned into one of my favourite weddings of the year. The really emotional ceremony in Dublin City Hall (where they held hands throughout!) was followed by a relaxed drinks reception and an epic first dance in the beautiful Rotunda.
Afterwards all the guests made their way to the Merrion Hotel to freshen up and enjoy a pint while Emma, Brian and I explored the most iconic spots of Dublin. Emma was an absolute star in her incredible yellow Manolo Blahnik!
They round up the evening with delicious dinner in the Ivy on Dawson Street, with Ukebox Ukelele playing along for a sing-song and a great atmosphere. What a treat!
