Emma and Dan’s wedding at The Shelbourne Hotel was the kind of day that reminds you what weddings are really about – love, family, and the people who matter most. Set in May, with soft spring sunshine and a relaxed pace, their celebration was intimate, emotional, and deeply personal from start to finish.

Every part of the day took place at the Shelbourne, allowing everything to flow beautifully — no rushing, no transitions, just time to be fully present and enjoy each moment.

Family was at the very heart of Emma and Dan’s day, with their beautiful daughter playing a central role throughout. From quiet moments together to the way she was included in the ceremony, it was clear this wedding wasn’t just a celebration of a couple — but of a family.

Afterwards, we took advantage of the sunshine for portraits in St Stephen’s Green, just steps from the hotel. The fresh greenery and warm May light were the perfect contrast to the Shelbourne’s classic interiors, creating timeless, natural portraits.

Emma’s style was effortlessly elegant – from her beautifully simple bridal look to her incredible jumpsuit for the evening, which was a total show-stopper and perfectly suited the relaxed, modern feel of the day.

The celebration continued in the historic Constitution Suite, an intimate and atmospheric room steeped in history. With its rich décor and warm light, it provided the perfect backdrop for dinner and speeches — which were emotional, heartfelt, and full of laughter.
